Roberta has a background into gymnastics but fell in love with yoga and founded Yogassage, an international Yoga community, in 2017. She has worked for several clubs in Rome, such as Virgin Active and Mc Fit and tailored her practice by inserting some elements of Pilates and Animal Flow, two amazing disciplined she is certified to teach. She works privately with VIP ladies online. In the latest years She has designed hundreds of tailored online sessions to elevate one’s yoga practice or adapt it to specific needs. She’s into Reiki and Akashic Records and believes in the power of connections and energy exchange. She has a degree in Education Sciences, a background in design and as a University Lecturer.
